Villa Wood is a premium villa with modern design and sophisticated style, located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda coast in Sardinia, in one of the most exclusive areas of Porto Cervo, offering stunning panoramic views of Pevero Bay and Cala di Volpe.

Villa Wood was built in 2017 with the most modern technologies and design solutions, the smart house system will take care of your maximum comfort and safety during the holiday. The exclusive private property with a plot of land about 6,000 m2 consists of two buildings: the main villa (about 1,000 m2) and the guest house (about 500 m2), connecting by underground corridor-tunnel. In total, the house has 7 bedrooms plus 2 bedrooms for staff, 10 bathrooms.

The main villa consists of a spacious, light living room with large glass windows on the entire wall with panoramic sea view and with various relax areas, dining area, professional modern steel kitchen. The sleeping area has a master bedroom about 100 m2 with a chic sea view, equipped with two bathrooms, two spacious dressing rooms. Also, in the main house here are three bedrooms with own separate bathrooms and two rooms for the staff with two bathrooms, a professional laundry. A cozy wine cellar with an aperitif bar, outdoor sunbath terraces and furnished verandas for outdoor dinners and relaxation – are just some areas for a carefree and comfortable stay in the villa. Surrounded by a manicured garden, there is a two-level infinity pool of 250 m2.

The guest house consists of a large living room, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a professional steel kitchen, a gym overlooking the sea, a SPA area with two massage rooms and sauna, yoga room, cinema, the room for hairdressing services. Outdoor spaces accommodate a football field, which can be transformed into a tennis court, a pool of 130 m2, parking for three cars.

The interior of the villa is characterized by light walls, marble floors, elegant design furniture, cozy living spaces with niches with art pieces and funny sculptures.

The outdoor spaces of the villas are designed to relax and contemplate the amazing panoramic view. A beautiful garden with a variety of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers surrounds two wonderful infinity pools.
