General Conditions
To confirm the booking, we stipulate the “Rental Agreement Transitory”
between the Customer and the Agency that specifies the following:
Art. 1 Object – Name of the property, the short description and the address.
Art. 2 Rental Period
Art. 3 Payment – The rent, security deposit and payment method. Agency bank details.
Art. 4 Destination – Description of the property destination.
Art. 5 Suitability of the property – The due of the client to return the property in the same rental state.
Art. 6 Responsibility – Responsibility for property damage.
Art. 7 Miscellaneous – Any additions to the contract.
Art. 8 Place of jurisdiction
Place, date.
